LMA Orchestra Administrator
part-time / freelance, London-based

Attributes:
London-based
Minimum 3 years' high-level administration experience
Highly organised, self-starter, committed, efficient, attention to detail
Own office and basic software requirements
Able to work flexibly and respond promptly
Proficient with social and digital media
Well-presented with excellent spoken and written English
Good knowledge of classical music
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain and develop databases
Write copy for on-line newsletters and organise mail-outs (Mailchimp)
Liaise with venues regarding contracts, ticket offers, staging and concert information
Proof-read all online and print material
Organise and provide on-site help and support at auditions, rehearsals and concerts
Contract musicians
Promote concerts on social media and external websites
Maintain and update LMA website
Design and organise print and delivery of basic leaflets
Provide general administrative support for the Music Director
Terms

Eligible to work in the UK

Freelance, wholly responsible for own tax, national insurance etc
